BLUE notebook!

Shit la! Now then i realise that i've lost my blue notebook!!!! It contain all medication, about what does it use for, it side effect and everything. WTF LA!!! It been with me for almost 3 years leh!!! TSK!!! How can i lost it! Damn it!
